Format: 20-minute EMOM
Minute 1: • 5 snatches per arm (10 total)
Minute 2: • Push-ups (pick a number you can sustain all 20 minutes) - I chose 10 push-ups
Minute 3: • 5 thrusters per arm (10 total)
Minute 4: • 5 rows per arm (10 total)
Repeat this 4-minute cycle 5 times = 20 minutes total
No rest after the 4 minute cycle, go right back into minute 1.
This was a smoker. I used a 16 kg bell and was gassed at the end. If you watch the video he says next steps is to use the same weight and go for 30 minutes, and once you master that you can up the weight and go back to the 20 minute EMOM.
