Today's workout was King Kong. This one was a beast, pun intended.
Two kettlebells - 16 kgs
One round = Gorilla Row R, Gorilla Row L, double KB clean, double KB thruster - do this entire movement 5 times.
I completed 6 rounds.
Finisher was 7 minutes of jump rope. I realized I had been neglecting my skipping and it was good to get back into it.
