Today's workout was Big Mick.
20 kg bell
One round = 3 rows + 4 swings + 5 snatches. R then L.
I completed 8 rounds with minimal rest between (< 60 seconds).
Finisher was 50 foot carries:
1) Overhead R
2) Overhead L
3) Goblet
Then 50 body weight squats on the slant board and 50 crunches on the exercise ball.
Tomorrow is yard work day so it's a 'rest" day.
