The Dragon
Today was a simple complex called the Dragon.
3 reps per movement. One set is all 3 movements on the right side and then all 3 on the left side. Unbroken if possible. 8 sets total.
  1. Snatch
  2. Press
  3. Racked Squat
I used a 40 lb kettlebell. This was a great workout when pressed for time. Minimal rest between sets really gets the heart rate up.
