Workout Breakdown - 20 minute EMOM
Odd Minutes:
Kettlebell Push-Ups (4 reps)
Kettlebell Rows (4 reps)
Kettlebell Cleans (4 reps)
Double Kettlebell Front Squats (4 reps)
Even Minutes:
Double Kettlebell Swings (12 reps)
I made it through 10 minutes before I had to stop. This was way more work than I thought it would be. This can be modified using lighter bells, making it an ENON (every 90 seconds), or lowering the reps. Or I can just keep trying and see how many more minutes I can make it each time. Not sure how I will proceed but I know I want to try again.
