I was putzing around on YouTube and came across Pat Damiano's videos. He has some excellent kettlebell content and he provides a list of kettlebell complexes for free, which I have attached to this post. He recommends you do the complexes with one kettlebell (unless otherwise noted) for 5 to 8 rounds. There is a link to a video with instructions in the document. There are also links to each complex so you can see them in action. I gave the first one a try yesterday and it was a hell of a workout.
PD Special: 5 rows + 5 swings + 5 thrusters. Right arm, then left, then rest.
I got through 5 rounds with a 20 kg bell and called it a day.
I plan to work my way through all of them now as my next program. Enjoy!
