New Maxs for My BP and Squat
Hi, warriors. Did not think I would have a good workout Sunday (6/15/25). I pushed myself to get to gym. Figured would do cardio. On treadmill felt good and did seven miles at 45 degree incline at nine minute average.
Decided to try Smyth machine bp. Went easy. Did 135 for 10, 145 for 8, 165 for 6. Decided to try max of 195. Out ten and five on each side. Got three reps but could not get fourth. One rep for 185 was my best.
Squats I did less sets and less reps. Three sets at 145 for 8 reps and 205 for 5 reps. Legs are sore today.
Just did some arms today - biceps.
