AM KB 45 lbs. DHS x 60 (2700 lbs.) in 93 Sec. Hand Rehab Postop No Resistance. Genioglossus and Platysma Exercises. Kegel Exercises. Ring Dead Hang x 70 Sec., x 50 Sec. = 120 Sec. (12,000 lbs.). Dead Hang Palms Back x 30s Sec. (3000 lbs.). 10 flights.
Dead Hand x 70 Sec. (7000 lbs.). Weighted 10 lbs. Ring Pull Up x 4 5SH at top + 5SH at middle + Dead Hang 10SH on final rep (2640 lbs.). LIT Recovery each stretch x 60 Sec: cat cow, down dog with calf stretches, child's pose. child's pose L, child's pose R, standing hamstring R, standing hamstring L, standing swinging low back stretch, child's pose. 2 CB 10 lbs. with Thick Grips (7 Inch Circumference) Side Swing x 126 in 120 Sec. (2520 lbs.). Another 15 flights, 3 consecutive flights carrying 2 KB 20 lbs. (6720 lbs.). Workout Total = 42,580 lbs.
