The Weekly Rolling Program is about to go LIVE.
This is a 4-day-per-week training program combining strength and strength-endurance work, targeted accessory and hypertrophy training, and a conditioning finisher at the end of every session, leaving no stone unturned.
Each workout requires just a single kettlebell. Through smart use of tempo, bands, and exercise progressions, every movement can be scaled up or down to ensure consistent, optimal progression.
This is minimal kit, limited space functional fitness at its very best!
