6 Week Weight Loss Challenge - Day 1
Posting my before pics and data from my Hume Health weighing scale. Goal is to lose perhaps about 10 lbs this in this phase and gain muscle. Also lose belly fat in the hopes to melt visceral fat which this scale tracks. I will be using 16 hour to 18 hour daily Intermittent fasting and focus on whole or low processed foods. Also about 7-8 hours of sleep. Oh! Forgot about the workouts!! 3-4 days a week. Active recovery on “rest days”. Weigh weekly! LFG 💪🏽
