Hello @Taco Fleur and community, two months ago, after doing a workout without warming up, I started having pain in my right wrist joint. I did rehabilitation and it still bothers me a bit. I was advised to gradually resume practice, little by little. I would like you to recommend a routine to strengthen wrists and forearms, as well as a mobility and stretching practice. I have never trained forearms and hands before, and now I realize how important it is. Thank you for any comments or suggestions.
