Easing back into it. Started light as I lent my KBs to my brother this summer and only had a pair of 8kg to work with. Will run with those for the initial month as he still needs the ones he borrowed. Plus I need to take it slow anyway. Plan to run the same macrocycle program I used last time I was able to get in good shape. Can already feel it's going to take a while to get my hamstrings in order.
