I had 3 goals for the WL Challenge:
doing a double KB Snatch with 2x16kg
doing 3 pull-ups
scale showing 61kg
today I managed to do the DKB Snatch with 2x 16kg ✅ and 3 pull-ups in a row (not very nice but ✅).
The only thing that didn't work was to lose weight. In fact I gained weight because of - let's say a stress caused binge eating attack.
But this is not the end of the story. My journey continues. I'm glad I gained strength with two exercises that are some kind important for me.
