Weight loss challenge. Day 2
Quick workout today, as I normally have only 30 min. on week days.
I chose legs because I'm sore from the yesterday's workout 😅:
5x (2+2), 6 kg. I think I'm ready to move to 8 kg.
With 8 kg.:
5x (5+5) lunges
5x (5+5) squats
5x (5+5) deadlift, 1 leg
I have a bad lower back pain and I think training works for the pain. When I have stopped training for a week the pain gets worse. Any suggestions for the lower back pain?
