Hey ya’ll i wanna ask for some tips/advice on how to improve stamina for boxing cause ik boxing can get really tiring since your basically using you’re whole body for it but personally i feel like one of my weakest points in my boxing can be my stamina cause i can last for a good 2-3 rounds but i would really appreciate it for some tips.
