When who was the last time you trained fundamentals?
I’ve recently done a few personal film studies for some boxers and a lot of the mistakes are just fundamentals. So when was the last time you guys sat and drilled fundamental footwork? The jab? Basic hand defences?

How I make my viral film studies
Guys let me know in the comments if these are actually useful. If not I can start doing something better weekly instead. This community is for building or already established elite boxers. So I will trim out what's not efficient for us.

idk if its just me but i don’t hear any audio but overrall its a decent insight to see how you take notes when watching film of other boxers

Yea i did it was a good fight (unlike the fight before the main event 🤦🏽) honestly im just glad it didn’t come into a draw but i think cruz won that fight
