Amazon account logging problem

I hope you guys are doing well. I’m currently facing a serious issue and would really appreciate your advice.

Recently, I discovered that my PC and Amazon account may have been compromised. One morning, I checked my email and noticed an unauthorized purchase on my Amazon account. Since my Amazon account is linked to my Amazon KDP, I attempted to log in, but I was prompted to verify my billing information by providing bank details and other documents. I submitted the requested information, but now, when I try to log in, I receive an error message, and Amazon has also sent me the attached email. I have reached out to Amazon multiple times, but unfortunately, they have not been able to assist me. By the way, all the books are still published and selling, and I received my payment last month, so the account has not been closed yet.

If anyone knows what to do in this kind of situation, I would greatly appreciate it if you could contact me and help me resolve this issue.
