Prophetic Arrival of Something Beyond Humanity (It's Happening)
I was thinking about appearance of the anti christ. What if the anti christ appears as an AI created saviour, not an actual person (8.54 on video)? Anything is possible!! Your thoughts. https://youtu.be/ln0rRKSNKhM?si=zEuOVKTXUu-wai-A
I only made it 12 seconds into auditing this video
This may be dangerous territory, but. While waiting for something, i thought i could "audit" a channel with an interesting title premise: "Grace, Law, and the Courtroom: Why “ Under Grace, Not Law” is a category error" 7 minutes short. Channel is called "Undeniable Truths" with 768 subscribers, 56 comments. I'm going to copy - paste from the transcript as the direct citation. "There's one sentence that causes more confusion than almost any other in modern Christianity. "Yahusha covered it all". People hear that and instinctively conclude, "Therefore, not following Torah is no longer sin." Did you catch it? "People conclude..." is speaking FOR others. then: "therefore XYZ" is begging the question. setting up a false premise to 'dismantle' it. He is attempting to tell people WHAT TO THINK "Thank Yahooey i'm not one of "Those" people" yea, i know that "Yahusha" implies Jesus, and "Torah" is referring to God's will and law. not my focus. How do i make this as clear as possible? any message this person was attempting to give was destroyed in my view. it's not about the religion. i could not watch it in good faith. and quit. let me give a different, secular, purely hyperbole example (fiction for emphasis) "Because Trump knew he was not allowed to hit his wife anymore, he took it out on Venezuela, Venezuela responded with..." Easy to spot, and everything after that is corrupted, regardless of real value. There is no point here, i keep experiencing this, and it upsets me every time. i don't even want to discuss the intent of that video, i shared it, spoke my mind, and am moving on.
Postitive
Honey or vinegar, attraction or promotion? how are you approaching situations in your day to day? Years ago, i was talking to a friend on issues with his son. i'm paraphrasing his words in quotes: "i fell into the trap of 'no, no, bad, wrong' in my mentoring. when i saw that was what i was doing, i made the decision to start focusing on the positives. the boy hears negatives way too often and it's affecting his self image and overall outlook." I want to pay that wisdom forward, because i'm hearing the destructive voice so often in day to day. "they're all corrupt", "why do people even listen to politics? nothings going to change", "those (generic stereotype) need to be stop (insinuation of crime) against (victim status) because..." Here's my challenge. Try to look for the negative in someones assertion, when replying, don't fall into the trap of feeding them more of the same. instead, try to find the positive direction that people could take, if they had your inspiration. once you start looking for the negative in others, you'll see it in yourself. maybe stopping yourself from promoting it is the best you can do, and that's ok too. i was mistaken, the correct quote is "the only winning move is not to play." I've been accused of being a "Pollyanna" in my naive over simplifying, and that made me happy too.
Everything Feels Numb and Watered Down
Man once you open your eyes there is truly no going back. My Pastor this morning starts going on a rant about the Beetles, The Rock Group, and he then compares a song they wrote called, Let It Be, the Virgin Mary letting Gods will be in her life with the virgin birth………..I literally had a hard time sitting there listening. I was staring at my wife completely dumb founded wondering how his applies to scripture. It’s everywhere. The church has even been deceived yall.
What exactly is a "pagan"?
i apologize, but felt compelled to make a post on this (moot) topic because of multiple interactions i've had recently. Because i'm 'imperfect' i can only give my experiences, hoping you can infer something of value to your views. i wrote in the "check this out" thread i was having a 'discussion elsewhere', which consisted of the challenge asking me: "curious to know if you’re a follower of Christ? If you are, would you be willing to share your own eschatological views regarding Israel?" which was the reply to my: (Tucker asserting) "I'm so obviously not a great Christian" was lost in your "suggestion that your position is the only Christian belief"? your proclaiming "a role for Israel" is ignorant of "God is not on any country's side." Tucker states as FACT. Asking MY views, rather than the topic of what Tucker said was my sign the person was NOT sincere, so i replied with "I'll ignore your curiosity about Christ, as it's not "germane". which i admitted to them was an obvious "troll" response from me. I've made a mess explaining and context, but need to keep moving. I was watching a discussion between Rabbi Yaakov Shapiro and historian Samuel Biagetti because i subscribe to Shapiro's approach to Jewish "identity theft" when he used the term "pagan" "the difference between us and them is in a way very similar to the difference between the Catholic Church and the evangelicals. They are idol worshippers." "As far as I'm concerned, they are pagans. They're pagans who have things in common with my religion. The Christians have things in common with my religion. Ten Commandments, creation of the world, Old Testament, etc." (source) "Things in common with my Religion" BUT, he uses the word as a pejorative. I lost some respect for him with that, knowing he's way more "educated" than i am, i used that to examine my own beliefs. Also, i need to include Tucker's words: "Your politics does not trump my love for other people" To me, that statement is ground zero. only second to "You shall have no other gods before me"
