Where in your life do you feel the fastest emotional reactions — irritation, defensiveness, shutdown, urgency?
Challenge: This week, choose one situation where you typically react quickly. When it happens, pause for 10 seconds (x2 deep breaths) before responding.
Accountability: How will you remind yourself to pause? (Phone note? Sticky note? Breath cue?)
