New here? Choose your path: Chair, Standing, or Moving!
Welcome! 🖐️To help you get the most out of our practice, I’ve organized our lessons into three distinct tracks. You can switch between them anytime based on how you feel today: 1. The Chair Track: Best for those who want a stable base, have limited mobility, or are recovering from injury. All the benefits of Tai Chi, no standing required. 2. The Standing Track: Best for building leg strength and balance. We stay rooted in one spot, focusing on posture and core stability. 3. The Moving Track: Best for those ready to incorporate footwork. We’ll practice 'Tai Chi Walking' and flowing sequences that travel through space. Not sure where to start? Try one lesson from the Chair series first to learn the breathing, then move up when you feel steady!

How to Use This Community Calmy and Safely
Breathe... Go easy, and follow your intuition. If something feels painful, stop. Modify if possible (let's chat), or leave it alone for now. Exercise is an experiment - you're finding out what is easier and what is harder. That's part of the benefit, and part of the challenge. Reach out. Ask your questions. Communicate here. And let's support each other.
