1. Complete two 45-minute workouts each day.
• One must be outdoors.
2. Drink 1 gallon (4 liters) of water daily.
3. Follow a diet of your choice.
• No cheat meals or alcohol.
4. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction/self-development book daily.
• Audiobooks don’t count.
5. Take a progress photo every day.
75 Soft Challenge Rules
1. Complete one 45-minute workout each day.
• Outdoor workouts are optional.
2. Drink at least 3 liters of water daily.
3. Follow a healthy and mindful diet.
• Occasional indulgences allowed, but no binge eating or alcohol.
4. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction/self-development book daily.
• Audiobooks are allowed.
5. Take a progress photo every day.
