A curveball
Hey fam — quick update. I had to get an emergency tooth extraction this morning after I woke up with the ann infection and I can barely talk right now (the pain is wild 😅). Because of that, I need to push today’s workshop to next week. I’m genuinely bummed — I was really looking forward to diving into this one with you. But I also want to show up in these spaces fully present, grounded, and able to speak without sounding like a wounded raccoon, so… here we are. Thank you for understanding and rolling with life’s curveballs with me. I love you guys, and we’ll make next week’s workshop even more powerful. Resting the jaw for a couple days — I’ll keep you posted. 🙏🏼💛

3 Things You Didn’t Know About Gratitude (And Why It’ll Change Your Life If You Stick With It)
1. Gratitude literally trains your brain to stop chasing and start receiving Most people think gratitude is about “being positive.” Wrong. It’s about rewiring your brain’s reward system — the ventromedial prefrontal cortex — so you stop living with that hungry, grasping energy that repels what you want. When you practice gratitude consistently, your brain shifts from: “I need more” → “I can hold more.” That’s identity-level change. That’s the version of you that money, love, opportunities, and intuition actually land on. Why this matters: You can’t manifest from a nervous system that’s in deficit. Gratitude puts you into surplus. 2. Gratitude puts your body into the exact nervous-system state required for growth People talk about “receiving” and “alignment,” but most don’t know what it actually means physiologically. Gratitude activates: - your parasympathetic nervous system - heart-brain coherence - emotional regulation networks - creativity and intuition pathways This is the same state athletes enter before peak performance… the same state monks train their whole lives to access. Why this matters: You cannot grow, heal, or create from fight-or-flight. Gratitude literally unlocks the biological doorway to expansion. 3. Gratitude expands your internal capacity — which is why breakthroughs cluster around it Here’s the part no one tells you: You don’t get a bigger life when you “do more.” You get a bigger life when your inner container gets bigger. Ancient Sufi, Buddhist, and Vedic teachings taught this for thousands of years. Modern neuroscience proves it: gratitude increases dopamine + serotonin together, widening the emotional bandwidth of what you can hold without collapsing. This is why people who practice gratitude suddenly start: - receiving more - handling more - trusting more - manifesting faster - breaking old patterns - and leveling up seemingly out of nowhere Why this matters: Gratitude is not a mood. It’s capacity training.

Elevating my self love starting here…
https://www.instagram.com/reel/DRF7mUmAf08/?igsh=eDJxMDU0ZGFveTFs I don’t know how quickly clarity will necessarily come, and maybe that’s not even the most important message here. But as I listen to her it gives me permission to have so much more respect and gentleness for myself. I’d love to know how this lands for you!

Recommendations?
Hey, friends, I’d love to know your favourite podcasts! I’m sick with some sort of weird vertigo/tinnitus situation and need something new to listen to so I can use this downtime to feed my soul instead of “rotting” listening to true crime😜

Monday check in.
Hey Fam, Listen Up. It’s Monday, and I’m checking in with *all* of you. Not just the ones grinding through the 75 Hard Challenge, but *every single person* in this community. How are you doing? Like, *really* doing? This is your space to step up, speak up, and show up for yourself and each other. I want to hear it all: 🔥 **Your wins** – No matter how big or small, own them. You’ve earned it. 💥 **Your struggles** – If you’re in the trenches, say it. We’ve got your back. ⚡ **Your energy** – Need to vent? Need to celebrate? Need to just *be*? This is the place. We’re a community because we *choose* to show up for each other. That means holding space, lifting each other up, and being real about where we’re at. No fluff, no filters—just raw, real, and powerful energy. So, let’s do this. Drop a comment, share where you’re at, or just let us know you’re here. Let’s remind each other of the power we hold and the strength we have together.
Monday check in.

Just going with the flow, allowing everything to come up that does, pivoting when needing to. Diving into a new relationship with money and it feels so much better! Good energies, good feelings!! Sharing lots of love to this community ❤️ 💕 💖
