Getting in much more exercise. Doing the 5 min workout every morning. Gets the kinks out
Getting to the gym and pool 2-3 days a week right now. Using machines and trying to exercise everything. Now if I could just get in more water and remember to eat I’ll be on top of everything.
It is frustrating to jump on the scale and it moves in the wrong direction if at all. Clothes are fitting better though
