Tension
I recently realized that I carry most of my tension in my hips and glutes. I tighten my glutes- without even realizing it.
Lately I’ve been working really hard on releasing that tension and better posture as I stand and noting what I’m thinking about, what situation I’m in, that I’m tensing up. I do this pretty much everyday, and everywhere, and especially in public.
Do you have Any specific exercises that could help with this? Any other suggestions as well?
