Doing good on vacation
Coming home tomorrow but making sure I’m eating protein, greens and fruit everyday. Not eating a lot though because we’re not really busy. But trying to get at least 2 shakes a day. Plus my greens powder and collagen. Water intake isn’t up where I’d like it as it’s been cold but I’m forcing 6-7 16oz bottles a day plus coffee. Coffee only 1-2 cups a day though. Tiny bit of almond milk for a creamer maybe a tsp, 2 tops. Doing my exercises on top of having stairs to walk up and down several times a day
So maybe 10-15 mins of exercise 4 days this week plus stairs. Too cold and windy to walk on the beach. Weather isn’t cooperating this week. Very wet.
But there’s no way I’m gaining fat. My calorie intake is too low for that. But I feel good. Would love to sleep better though. Sleep score shows I’ve been very restless. But hypnosis has helped me relax so I can fall asleep. I suspect the restlessness is because I’m not home.
