Hey ya'll!!!So these yogurt parfaits can be enjoyed anytime as a breakfast or even a dessert.
No exact recipe to share but the ingredients I used this time are:
Blackberries as the base
Vanilla Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt (Brand:Cocojune)
Homemade granola (recipe posted in here previously)
Strawberries and Bananas with a honey drizzle.
Simple ingredients but so satisfying.
One thing I’ve learned on this journey is that healthy eating doesn’t have to feel boring or restrictive. It can feel abundant, colorful, joyful and even a little fancy.
When you plate your food with care, you’re sending a message to your nervous system:
“I am worthy of nourishment” and that energy matters.
