1. Breathe Low & Slow
Place one hand on your belly, one on your heart.
Inhale through your nose for 4 counts, exhale through your mouth for 6.
Repeat 5 times. You can literally feel your body soften.
2. Ground Through Your Senses
Name 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste.
Presence pulls you out of fear and back into now.
3. Release with Movement
Shake out your hands, roll your shoulders, or sway your hips.
Energy moves through motion; release the tension.
