AI Staging and AI Video
So this home is largely vacant, and it will take a while before we can get physical furniture in there and then have my go to videographer David Gaston to make it pop! This used to be unavoidable downtime. Now, thanks to AI we can swap out furniture and stage vacant rooms AND make move-through videos of the virtually staged rooms while we wait. I did not have to hire this out at $24/image and wait 48 hours. I created all of this in one creative session.

A sunset that magnificent really DID happen, but it was 30 minutes after I left, so I didn't feel too bad about digitally recreating it in my photos 🙂
