First Courses & Calendar
I am pleased to share that our first courses are now live during our "Launch" phase. Per urgent request of a number of subscribers, I have created an AI Basics section walking you through free chatGPT, paid chatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. I also teach you the basics of prompting during these sessions. Also posted are all the Phase 1 Lead Generation classes covered during the AI Road Show. Lastly, I have posted to the calendar the live class dates, times and zoom links. Phase 2 (Nurture) will be added shortly and then I'll dive into uploading 20+ more classes addressing more problems for the classes I referred to as "The Vault". This will be a never-ending expanding library of lessons teaching you how to solve real world problems. Digital Facebook and Instagram Ads through compass
I have run ads on my listings and generate quite a few leads unfortunately they are all bogus? Has anyone else experienced this and is this a waste of time should I not use the compass version of digital ads. I have used several CRM‘s in the past that you had the option to generate leads unfortunately I’ve spent thousands of dollars trying different versions of CRM‘s and digital ads and the leads are all bogus. Please give me feedback. I’d appreciate it. Thank you Leslie.
