Question on AU Tradelines

When getting an ITIN and building US Credit from scratch,

would getting an Authorized User Tradeline with:

1) Long History

2) High Limits

3) Low Utilisation (1 to 5%)

4) Clean Payment History,

allow for high limits and approvals, or one also need secured loans as well?

What's a recommended setup, for this situation?
