In Form 1040-NR, could the home address be rented US Residential Address, instead of Foreign Residential Address listed in W7?

I have scoured the list of Residential Addresses in Anytime Mailbox via NomadGate, etc, but found out that if I dug deeper, they ended up flagged as Commercial Addresses. Are there any US Residential Addresses left valid for US banking?

Hello, I'm trying to figure out if an address I found on anytimemailbox.com is valid. When I go to smarty.com and enter the address, I can see the results. It says: CMRA: N, but RDI is Commercial. So, does that mean it's not an agency and I can use this address for my LLC in Nevada? The address itself is in Las Vegas. I also have a FedEx service there. Is it also recommended to use a private address in light of the rollout of the US credit system? I'm not a US resident. I also need to arrange my ITIN number. Thanks in advance for your help.

When getting an ITIN and building US Credit from scratch, would getting an Authorized User Tradeline with: 1) Long History 2) High Limits 3) Low Utilisation (1 to 5%) 4) Clean Payment History, allow for high limits and approvals, or one also need secured loans as well? What's a recommended setup, for this situation?

It may sound akin to a rudimentary question, however, is mailing address or residential address reported to Credit Bureaus? It may be important in US credit building for nonresident aliens, to cut costs.
