Capital One Account Number Setup
Anyone else running into this issue when setting up a Capital One account?
I have a US phone number (Popcorn on T-Mobile) that works fine everywhere else. I've also tried with a VPN enabled, but I keep hitting this error when trying to sign in through the app. Any workarounds?
