Help!

I've been getting a juicy offer that I don't know if I can actually take.

The offer:

15K MR on $4K spend, per employee card, max 5

ECs now require SSN to activate apparently per chat/phone reps.

All say NRA ECs not possible without SSN

Ironic bc as a primary card holder, I only needed passport, ITIN and proof of address.

Something doesn't make sense.

Is there a work around?
