Looking to get my 1st property ASAP

Hello guys, after lots of research I found Joseph and his community, very excited to get to know everyone here so I can learn and step into the world of Section8

realistic expectations: I have about 25k and want to get my 1st section 8 with a positive cash flow between 400$ to 600$ is that even possible? would love to see some examples of some of the deals team members have done here.

my goal is to get 4 properties by the end of the year.
