@Justin Harris I have a question about securing the right tenants for your property, do we get to vet and choose who we want in our property? and also how long will it take to get a section 8 tenant in the house? any help would be greatly appreciated
Looking to get my 1st property ASAP
Hello guys, after lots of research I found Joseph and his community, very excited to get to know everyone here so I can learn and step into the world of Section8 realistic expectations: I have about 25k and want to get my 1st section 8 with a positive cash flow between 400$ to 600$ is that even possible? would love to see some examples of some of the deals team members have done here. my goal is to get 4 properties by the end of the year.
