Starting tomorrow (May 1st), we are running a new challenge: Breaking a habit we know we should, but haven't yet been able to let go of.
How To Participate:
1: Pick one habit you want to release
2: Share it in the community: beginning with, "This May, I am breaking the habit of...." and a bit about why you are choosing that habit - Perhaps adding what you will do instead!

3: Support others by commenting and showing up for them
What Habits To Break:
Anything that’s no longer serving you.
- Substances: Intoxicants, sugar, or anything you’re using to numb, escape, or cope
- Behaviors: Risky, avoidant, or self-sabotaging patterns
- Self-Worth: Saying yes when you mean no, Letting boundaries be crossed, Putting yourself last
4: Through out the month, share with the community what is working and what isn't.
