Keep Moving
As we learn from people who have aged well, one message keeps coming up again and again: just keep moving.
Inspired by Dick Van Dyke and his book Keep Moving, today is a reminder that healthy aging doesn’t need to be complicated. We simply keep moving in whatever ways we can.
There’s also an extended meditation at the end for those interested, a chance to continue practicing focus, awareness, and presence.
Just keep moving.
