Day 15: Back to Simple | December Challenge
Today is a really simple movement session. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or finding it hard to show up, let this be an easy way back in. There’s no need to push. Just move lightly, move slowly, and reconnect with your breath.
If you’ve been here all along, take today as a chance to soften and reset. Gentle movement still counts. It always does.
