Hook: I almost lost everything because of ADHD… and I still refuse to take Adderall. Story: When my ADHD gets bad, I don’t just get distracted…I disappear. Wallet? Gone. Phone? Gone. Keys? Gone. I’d bounce from task to task, leaving chaos everywhere. Honestly…it made me feel insane. Lesson/Reveal: Then my girlfriend did something stupid simple. She gave me a bowl. That’s it.
