I actually posted two questions to see which would be more engaging. First I want to say thank you to my IG Nerd @Michael Lennertz for helping me! I appreciate your support! My questions were the following: 1.) what should I do more of for cardio boxing , stair master or running? 2.) is the customer always write and should you always tip? Both received a few good responses so I went ahead and posted those on my story you can see those here. https://www.instagram.com/stories/big_love_d_/3855206298300295752?utm_source=ig_story_item_share&igsh=MXM2bmllZ2lvMm1rcA== The most thought-provoking response was based on the second question, which was about customer service and tipping… the response was you signed up for the minimum wage job? You should only expect your hours for what you worked tips are extra to which I actually agree… keep in mind. I’ve done that kind of work while going through college. 3 hooks: 1.) there was a time in my life where I was actually starting to become depressed and feeling sorry for myself. 2.) I continue to do the same behaviors and expected different results. 3.) I eventually began to slightly change things up, although I really wasn’t putting in the effort that I needed to. And I wasn’t taking away some of the bad behaviors. Conceptual hook: Until you are willing to first identify your bad behaviors , make positive changes by removing those behaviors and adding positive new behaviors you won’t be successful. Visual Hook: Show how I went from starting my day by the following: I would wake up late because I thought I earned a position to be able to wake up late and be half assed at everything I did. I thought that I could keep smoking weed before work. I thought that I could party on at night because I didn’t get hangovers true story. And I wasn’t focusing on what I could do to change those bad behaviors as they weren’t making me successful. I remove those behaviors. Change my partying from nighttime to weekends to eventually only on special occasions.
