This is it ... December 31st. The year is done. The sales funnels did their bit. The sales campaigns have come to an end.
And now we have our numbers.
Not to beat ourselves up with. Not to assume superiority. Just a gauge of what worked and what didn't. What we should do more of, what we need to tweak, and what we should walk away from.
Since I have been on vaca for a bit, my decisions have already been made.
More promotion of Onboarding program.
Tweak (and continue to tweak) social media efforts.
Walk away from Playdoh partnership (not a good fit).
And with the decisions made, my new year is set - the year of the KEYNOTE!
And I am excited!
