Hi everyone! I’m Sandra Bothe, a transformational coach, author, and international speaker on a mission to help people unmute their voice and own their worth.

Speaking Expertise: I specialize in talks about confidence, connection, authenticity, identity, immigrant journeys, and the power of language. My keynote “Language Bias - Who Gets Heard and Who Gets Ignored" explores unconscious bias, voice, and belonging, especially for professionals who’ve been told they don’t “sound like a leader.”

Background: Originally from Colombia (South America), I spent over a decade in corporate in the field if Global logistics and supply chain before becoming a certified master NLP Trainer, MER Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness coach and launching my coaching business, Thriving Mindsets. I speak in both English and Spanish and am passionate about helping professionals go from surviving to thriving.
