Truth be told, I only have one goal this year but it a goal that will drive every decision, every action and every conversation.
The goal - to be proud of me.
Proud of the work I do.
Proud of the words I share.
Proud of the value I deliver.
Proud of the human I am.
It worked last year.
I see no reason not to repeat.
