A little bit of exciting newsβ¦ For the past few years, Iβve been quietly working away on a book. Itβs called Focus Without Force: A Nervous System Approach to Attention, Overwhelm and Change. What began as notes, ideas and observations gradually grew into something much bigger. The book explores why so many of us struggle with focus, procrastination, overwhelm and motivationβnot because weβre lazy or lacking willpower, but because there is often far more going on beneath the surface than we realise. Drawing on both professional and lived experience, it offers a compassionate alternative to the βjust try harderβ approach that so many people have heard their entire lives. The manuscript is now complete and Iβm beginning to gather a small group of advance readers. Iβm looking for people who would be willing to read an advance copy, share honest feedback and, if they enjoy the book, consider leaving a review when it is published. You donβt need to be an expert.
