Lately, I’ve been noticing how many people are carrying so much internally while still trying to “keep going” on the outside. Constant thinking.Mental overload.Pressure.Trying to hold everything together. Sometimes what we actually need isn’t more advice or more productivity tools. We need somewhere that feels quieter.Softer.More human. That’s honestly why I created the Thrive Journalling Circle 🤍 It’s a gentle, low-pressure daily journalling space designed to help people reconnect with themselves without overwhelm or pressure to “do it properly.” One thoughtful prompt a day.A quiet WhatsApp space.No pressure to share.No falling behind.No constant noise. Just a small moment to pause, reflect, breathe, and come back to yourself again. I run Thrive ADHD Coaching and was recently named ADHD & Emotional Wellbeing Coaching Enterprise of the Year 2026, but truthfully… this space was created from a much more personal place. Thank you so much 🤍 The prompts are designed to feel gentle, grounding, and emotionally supportive rather than overwhelming or “something else to keep up with.” They’re small moments to pause in the middle of busy minds and busy lives. For example, a prompt might be: 📖 What have you been carrying quietly lately that nobody else can really see? Or: 📖 What would feeling a little softer with yourself look like this week? There’s no pressure to write perfectly. No pressure to share. No pressure to “do it right.” Some people write a sentence. Some fill pages. Some simply read the prompt and sit with it quietly for a moment while having their morning coffee. The space itself is intentionally very calm and low-pressure too. It’s a quiet WhatsApp space where only I post as the host, so there’s no constant stream of messages, pressure to interact, or overwhelming notifications. Just one thoughtful prompt each day arriving gently into your space. What’s been really lovely is hearing how supported people feel by having somewhere that asks nothing from them except a small moment of honesty with themselves. A lot of people spend their lives holding everything together externally while feeling emotionally overloaded internally.
