Alright guys, I just got my LinkedIn Rewind for 2025 and it reminded me that I've been active and posting consistently on LinkedIn for about 3 years now.
Now, look at the platform.
We have hundreds of thousands of people talking about the SAME thing.
Let's say we have 100 people:
- 10 of them will be the loudest.
- 40 will show up but will slowly fade away.
- 50 will do hardly anything and fall way behind.
(This is actually how it is in my Skool communities as well).
There are 4 things you need to do if you want to actually be among the top on LinkedIn (and Skool):
- Show up (like daily)
- Do everything you need to do (posts, comments, DMs, connections, Skool support)
- And do all of those things over again tomorrow.
- And do them for a very long time (not just a couple of weeks).
There are no hacks.
There are no secrets.
It's just that 90% of people don't do the work.
You literally do not need to be the best.
You just have be stubborn enough to keep going.
