I made it through a little over half. Glad you posted about it here.
Here's how I actually convert viewers -> clients on LinkedIn.
The exact 5-step process I used to build my personal brand and business on LinkedIn in the last 3 years. (You'll want to save this post.) Most of you are putting effort into things on the platform that are NOT worth your time. Let's fix that. Before you start the 5-step daily process in this post, fix your profile ASAP. In all of your copy, headlines, visuals, etc, show who you help and the problem(s) that you solve. Then do these 5 things: 1. Connection Requests ↳ I send the maximum you can send every single week. This is 15/day or 100/week. They are heavily targeted. I go into detail on this in my Skool community here -> skool.com/innovator/about 2. Direct Messages ↳ I send around 20-40/day, the number is very random. Responding to all new DMs, connections, and inbound. This is non-negotiable. 3. Commenting ↳ I comment on 40-50+ posts on LinkedIn every day. The amount of impressions, profile views, and opportunities I receive from comments is insane. Do it. 4. LinkedIn Newsletter ↳ I love email. It's a HUGE part of my business now. Send them weekly and respond to ALL comments. 5. Organic Content ↳ I'm posting 6-7x / week. I skip a day sometimes; otherwise, every day. This is where most inbound comes from. Warm people up with content. Just remember though that content alone won't scale your business. Outreach, DMs, comments, all of that will massively improve all aspects of your brand and business. Organic + outreach = growth >>>

The one thing that drives my business success is SPEED 💨
When I first started posting content online in hopes of building a "profitable" business: • I spent hours second-guessing myself. • Most of my time was rewriting rough drafts. • I'd legit delete posts before I published them. The only way I've found success after years of failing with the wrong mindset: Zero overthinking → going full speed into the biz. 1. 0 to 40,000 followers in under 2 years 2. Built a business that lets me work anywhere. 3. Transforming businesses/founders globally. 4. Meeting some of the coolest people online. And this has nothing to do with having a perfect strategy or being "ready," whatever that means. It's because I'm moving fast. It's because I'm not waiting for anyone. Results don't love perfect. Results love speed. My simple yet beautiful advice for you: Full speed ahead starts for you today.

Full speed ahead. Well said.
A lot of people make "going viral" on LinkedIn way more complex than it is.
For me, it's pretty simple. I'm doing it for both myself and all of my clients' profiles as well. We got 106k impressions in the last 7 days, 3 booked calls for another client, and $90k service launch in 30 days for another. This is the structure behind it: 1. Tell real stories across your full content funnel Top of funnel, middle of funnel, bottom of funnel. Every single stage. Even bottom-of-funnel posts should be built with storytelling. A post about how I feel while doing the work will usually convert better than a post explaining the offer. People want the experience, they want the movement, the want to be brought into the process. 2. Speak your stories before you write them During ideation, I don't want polished writing, I want a lived experience. If I were creating your content, I would get on a call with you once a month and go deep on what has happened recently in your life, your business, and your career. The actual day-to-day and normal stories that you have BECOME the content. 3. Keep a list of wins/losses I write down accomplishments I can pull into posts to build authority. You can drop your recent wins from clients, growth numbers, analytics, or whatever you normally sell, share it in your posts. Once per post is enough. Give people a reason to trust YOU. 4. Use easy CTAs on top-of-funnel posts Yes or no questions work best. They are simple to answer, they get more engagement, and that helps the post travel further. Your top-of-funnel content is to get a simple answer, get attention from your audience, and get people to know you. I go even deeper on this on my masterclass this Friday. You can RSVP your seat at https://lnkd.in/edzwAaQ3 P.S. What's your current "easy growth hack" on LinkedIn these days?

@Alex Colhoun I don't have the discipline at the moment as I am focused more on my new day job but I will build it over time.
