I listened to an Andrew Huberman podcast a while ago where he spoke about looking at 4 pillars if you wish to improve something in your life
And I think this is especially true for testosterone
The 4 things you must look at are (in order of priority - 1 being the most important and 4 being the least)
1) Lifestyle and behaviours
2) Diet
3) Supplementation
4) Prescription drugs
So what does this look like in the real world?
Well, instead of popping 10 different supplements each morning that have been shown to increase test, make sure you're getting enough sunlight, sleeping well, exercising and talking to women.
That's the bigger lever
If you have an issue currently in your life, first look at your lifestyle and behaviours and your testosterone will benefit as a result
