It still boggles my mind that no matter how many people you help and how many people that agree with something that is pretty much factual, you will still get those with a fixed mindset, claiming that you can't actually attract girls with semen retention and increasing your testosterone. If I said "I had eggs for breakfast" and you said "no you didn't", you'd look pretty stupid and how would you know? In the same way that people who refuse to take valuable advice are the same ones who complain that their life sucks and that the world is against them. The world isn't against you. You’re so right. Growth mindsets always win. You can also tell that when someone doesn’t have a profile pic - that says a lot about their own self esteem (lack of). Focus on yourself and what works for you and forget about anything else. The point of this community is to give you a ton of knowledge and information- take on what works and keep doing it, and forget about what doesn’t.

I listened to an Andrew Huberman podcast a while ago where he spoke about looking at 4 pillars if you wish to improve something in your life And I think this is especially true for testosterone The 4 things you must look at are (in order of priority - 1 being the most important and 4 being the least) 1) Lifestyle and behaviours 2) Diet 3) Supplementation 4) Prescription drugs So what does this look like in the real world? Well, instead of popping 10 different supplements each morning that have been shown to increase test, make sure you're getting enough sunlight, sleeping well, exercising and talking to women. That's the bigger lever If you have an issue currently in your life, first look at your lifestyle and behaviours and your testosterone will benefit as a result
