Social DM Setter (Remote, Full-Time)

Our DMs are full of real estate agents and entrepreneurs asking how AI can take work off their plate. We need a sharp, warm human to answer them.

What you'll do

- Work our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok DMs (DMs only, no cold calling)

- Start real conversations and qualify leads with our proven framework

- Book qualified strategy calls for real estate agents and entrepreneurs with our specialists

- Own your show rate: confirm every call so people actually show up

Who you are

- You've booked high-ticket calls through DMs and can show your numbers

- You write short, human messages, and a little humour doesn't scare you

- You're organized in a CRM (GoHighLevel a plus) and love a scoreboard

The details

Remote, full-time, 10 AM-7 PM ET. Base + commission, details at interview.
